The goal of my practice is to provide a safe, and supportive environment, creating space for you to process your thoughts and emotions. I work alongside clients to create a life with authentic joy and develop a "toolbox" of skills. These skills help deal with negative emotion regulation, impulsive reactions and effective communication. I will tailor each session to your individual needs, drawing on various modalities such as Dialectic Behaviour Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy with a trauma-informed lens.
I have over 20 years of experience helping people make positive changes in their lives. I bring knowledge from working in various clinical, community and mental health settings. I specialize in treating emotion dysregulation, anxious thoughts, excessive anger, substance use, impulsive behaviours, life transitions, parent-child and relationship conflict.
I am passionate about supporting others in pursuing the kind of life they want to live. Striving to help you rediscover your authentic, meaningfulness happiness and peace. The goal is to create skills, and strategies for lasting positive changes for you, while guiding you toward a healthier way of thinking and acting. Please contact for your free consult
