I work with those 18 years and older, who are navigating a variety of challenges including, but not limited to the impacts of abuse, sexual trauma, military, police and first responder trauma, depression, anxiety, shame, grief, and loss.
I believe that when trust, non-judgement and warmth are at the heart of our therapeutic relationship, it has the power to bring about positive and life-changing transformations. I adopt an integrative trauma-focused lens and draw techniques from Polyvagal Theory, Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Processing Theory, Emotion-Focused Therapy, EMDR and more.
I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all or "bandaid-fix" approach. No matter what step of your journey you are on, I am ready to meet you where you are at and work towards getting to the root of your concerns.
