My passion and interest have been in experiential and existential approaches, mindfulness, coaching, client-centred philosophy and different modalities of body-centred psychotherapy. In addition, I offer secure video/online and phone alternatives for those who cannot come to my office for matters of distance, time, and psychological or physical challenges.
I suffered severe trauma as a child and knew pain very intimately. Yet, facing our pain can lead to greater power, wisdom and, ultimately, a recovery of our innate thriving capabilities.
