I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), and the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). I have a master's degree in counselling psychology, and over sixteen years of experience working in mental health.
I approach therapy from an integrative perspective utilizing various modalities to customize optimal treatment plans collaboratively with clients. I have extensive training in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), addictions, Indigenous cultural safety, psychopharmacology, trauma, EMDR and Flash. I am a LGBTQ2SIA+ ally.
