Are you feeling disconnected from yourself and others? Do you have a difficult time showing up in relationships or find yourself consistently putting others' needs before your own? Do you wonder how to gain purpose and meaning in your life? Now more than ever, women feel anxious, overwhelmed, and exhausted about how to navigate relationships, challenges, and transitions while still holding on to who they are. Pushing aside your needs and not investing in yourself can lead to long-term issues for your mind and body. I believe it shouldn’t be so hard to live a better life.
I offer a custom approach for each of my clients. I begin by gaining an understanding of where you are now and the specific challenges you are facing. Together, we create a plan to help you move forward to live the life you want. I offer an inclusive, safe space through virtual appointments to fit your schedule.
My practice was born out of a desire to support people in creating a life of meaning and purpose. Helping women live a better life is my passion. This may mean learning to set boundaries, working through a loss, or life transition, or helping you change a pattern of behavior that is keeping you stuck. My goal as your counsellor is to help you feel better
