My goal is to provide a collaborative, open and supportive space for you to explore your experiences. I am trauma informed, gender and sexuality affirming and kink and poly friendly. I strive to create space for a variety of cultural backgrounds and I can offer a sliding scale to ensure counselling isn't financially prohibitive. I work from an existential, client-centered, and feminist perspective and believe strongly that everyone is capable of healing.
I have additional training in helping clients working through addictions and a strong interest in working with couples and BIPOC populations, as well as folks in the 2SLGBTQA+ communities. I have morning and daytime availability, in person and virtually, and I offer a sliding scale to all clients.
