I adapt my therapy approach to your specific needs, with a focus on making sure that you feel the payoff for your hard work. We can work towards acceptance and building a sense of control. I can help to make sense of your experiences and better understand yourself, all while working on feeling better in the process.
My specialties include trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), grief and loss, emotion regulation, and adult ADHD. I also work with various other concerns like anxiety and depression.
