About
Hi my name his Brandon, my great passion is bringing hope, authentic love and healing to people who want to know themselves better, become stronger and more resilient, or people who have been through traumatic and stressful life experiences. I help my clients, who include pre-teens, teenagers, adults and families, to find healthy perceptions of themselves and strengthen their relationships so they can know themselves as beautiful, whole and brave. I believe that life can be meaningful, joyful and filled with immense hope that the best lies ahead of us!
I use an integrative approach based in emotionally-focused therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, systemic and other theories. My approach is based on the principle of autonomy, responsibility, and self-actualization. It is also deeply rooted in the perspective that people have vital human strengths that can have a profound impact on people's lives.
When we meet, we will assess and work on a treatment plan together to ensure that your therapeutic journey meets your needs and aspirations for yourself and the people you cherish around you.
