Compassionate, Neurodiversity-Affirming Therapy:
Do you feel like you’ve spent your life "masking" just to fit into a world that wasn't built for you?
Many of the clients I work with come to me feeling exhausted by self-criticism, burnout, and the heavy weight of "trying harder" without ever feeling like they’ve met the expectations of others (or themselves).
Whether you are navigating a late-in-life diagnosis or struggling with relationships, I provide a safe, inclusive space where we don't try to "fix" your neurodivergence. Instead, we work to understand your unique internal world with curiosity and kindness.
A key aspect of our work will be cultivating self-compassion and gently exploring your internal landscape as we discover ways to strengthen your well-being, agency, and personal identity on your path towards a meaningful life.
I am passionate about applying compassionate, culturally safe, inclusive care, and draw upon an integrative, strengths-based, person-centered counselling framework, one that honours your needs, values, and authentic connection with your caring, curious self.
I have current availability to take on new clients and look forward to connecting with you soon.
