I provide counselling and psychotherapy making use of evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness Based Practice and Solution Focused Therapy. My approach is warm, nonjudgmental, empathetic and supportive and I work from a strength-based perspective.
In my work with clients I can help you attain optimal mental health and quality in your life. With over 15 years of experience treating clients with various issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief, separation/divorce, illness, and personal injury, my practice is focused on individuals, couples and families.
Professionally I am a clinical social worker with a Master’s degree. I am registered with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers and a member of the Ontario Association of Social Workers.
