You can book an intake here: aws-portal/owlpractice.ca/ocfr We are a mental health centre for childhood trauma & dissociation, attachment, adoption, and high-conflict families for Ottawa and surrounding areas. Our clinicians have advanced training in a variety of evidence-based trauma-informed approaches for treating children, youth, adults, and families, including psycho-biologically and somatic based approaches, such as EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, SMART, Brainspotting, and Safe and Sound Protocol.
We work with those struggling with disruptive behaviours, self-regulation, attachment, and sexual behaviour issues related to histories of adverse childhood experiences, complex developmental trauma, adoption related issues, Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder, and involvement with the child welfare, family court, and/or criminal justice systems.
We also work with issues related to divorce including: co-parenting, high-conflict families, and Section 30 assessments.
