I am by brand, a Rogerian therapist with an eclectic approach to treatment. I tend to marry holistic approaches to evidence based approaches. Creativity flows throughout the therapeutic process and my hope is that therapy can be an enjoyable experience despite the challenges in the therapeutic journey.
Perception tests allows us to open our minds and maybe see things from a different perspective
Practicing modalities includes: CBT, SFT, Christian Therapy, Mindfulness and Hypnosis. Areas of treatment include: Trauma focused therapy, Couples therapy, pain management, existential crises and challenges with depressive and anxious symptoms.
A valuable part of the therapeutic process is setting aligned and SMART goals; and mapping out a clear path to achieve them. Throughout the process we will periodically take a look back and measure progress appropriately. This can prove helpful to build motivation and keep moving, changing and growing in a chosen direction.
