We support children and youth with mental health, developmental, relational and behavioural issues through a combination of strong, meaningful therapeutic relationships and evidence-based interventions. OFCC is a safe space, inclusive of the diverse and unique individuals we serve.
We offer counselling for children and youth. Services include the development of self-regulation, emotional literacy, social and behaviour management skills. Trauma therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, mindfulness, parenting skills and healthy sexuality are further areas of specialization.
