I am a Registered Psychotherapist, Clinical Supervisor, a Teacher at the Transformational Arts College and on the clinical team for Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapy at Dimensions Healing Centre. My therapeutic approach includes working through maladapted experiences of Trauma and Grief including adverse childhood experiences that impact health, relationships, work and social functioning. Optimizing mental health and well-being by building sensory, emotional and cognitive regulation to promote resilience and enable conscious decision-making and healthy behaviour.
