As a Registered Psychotherapist, I provide psychotherapy for individuals 16 years of age and older. I aspire to hold a warm, compassionate, and open space for clients to experience a genuine sense of trust and safety. My therapeutic scope includes anxiety disorder, trauma, life transitions, interpersonal challenges, loss and grief, low self-esteem, bipolar disorder, depression, OCD, personal growth, ASD, and meaning making and existential exploration. I also work with parents of neurodiverse children to support them in their own processing and healing to better cope with the parenting demands.
I view the person in a wholistic manner with a narrative framework as my primary approach. To facilitate the therapeutic process based on the client’s needs, I will also draw upon acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), brainspotting and emotion focused therapy (EFT) as main working models.
I recognize that it takes courage to take this first leap. Together, we can explore ways in which you can start to create the desired changes in both your inner and outer experiences tailored to your unique process of healing and growth.
