Getting connected with a therapist can be difficult. I ask you to contact with basic information, your availability and a phone number. We discuss your needs, my qualifications and how we'll be working together. My approach to counselling is informal, but goal focused. Taking on only a few clients allows me to genuinely focus. Rates are per session and results may be noticeable within four to six sessions. Counselling is a safe place to be honest and share with a professional who has concern and the ability to walk you through the change needed for you to be healthier and happier.
