Hi, my name is Chriss and I am a psychotherapist. I use evidence based strategies to get you out of your head and into your life. I use taboo language to disrupt deeprooted thought patterns and a non-linear approach to hold space for neurodivergent thinkers. My work frames ideas of rewilding/land reimmersion, a strengths-based approach and eco-art therapy.
