Hello! I am a dedicated and compassionate therapist with over 15 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and families. I have had the privilege of working across diverse sectors- including community-based organizations, government agencies, and within the educational system. I am deeply committed to nurturing the growth, healing, and well-being of young people. In addition to working with children, I provide parent support and coaching—offering clarity, validation, and practical strategies to help parents feel empowered and better equipped to support their children.
I help young people express themselves, build confidence, and develop meaningful skills. My therapeutic approach includes CBT, DBT, and narrative therapy. I also incorporate play and art-based techniques to meet children and youth where they are, supporting their growth in a way that feels natural and empowering.
I am grateful to live and work on Treaty 6 territory and the homeland of the Métis. I offer both in-person and virtual sessions, with flexible evening and weekend availability to accommodate even the busiest of schedules.
