About
The most rewarding part of my job is helping individuals create positive change and achieve their goals. My approach to counselling is very collaborative. I focus on encouraging my clients to be involved in the process of change by working together and creating understanding towards their story/experiences and the goals that are important to them. I aim to bring my authentic self into each session and focus on creating a very relaxed and safe environment so clients can share their stories and be heard. My ultimate goal is to help clients progress towards positive change and to celebrate their journey.
I focus on utilizing a client-centred approach, bringing the clients personal strengths to light to encourage growth. I am interested in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, traumatic brain injuries, and those wanting to enhance their performance in life, sport, relationships and business.
The initial step into therapy can be very uncomfortable. I aim to ease the tension of this process. Whether you are looking for a safe place to process life experiences, focus on mental health concerns, or even vent about day to day issues, I am here for you and would love to help you achieve your goals! I look forward to meeting you.
