Hi, I’m Brad and I believe that counselling is a collaborative process focused on empowering individuals to make the best choices for themselves to lead fulfilling lives. I aim to de-stigmatize your feelings and highlight the strength that it took you to get to the place you are at today. Clients can be struggling with the everyday difficulties of life, big transitions, difficult relationships, past trauma or anything else causing distress. You might be looking for help to process these issues and work towards improving your own situation.
My passion is connecting with people and supporting them to reach their goals. I strive for a very collaborative approach to ensure we are working in a way that feels supported even in the tough moments in life. I work with a relational and attachment lens to help identify and work through issues clients may face.
I'm excited to continue my career in the helping field and feel privileged to get to support people seeking help. I look forward to connecting and joining you on your journey.
