In French and English, I help children (5+), adolescents, adults and families struggling with intense emotions like anxiety, sadness, or anger, possibly triggered by family issues, trauma, or school-related stress. They might have low self-esteem, difficulty with social skills, or face significant life transitions, such as moving or adjusting to a new family dynamic. They might seek a safe, supportive environment to explore their feelings without judgment, build resilience, and work towards personal growth, healing, and security.
I offer personalized strategies to help clients understand and manage their emotions, build resilience, and develop healthy coping skills. Whether it's addressing anxiety, depression, trauma or helping with social skills and self-esteem, my goal is to empower clients to achieve meaningful change at their own pace. I am an integrative psychotherapist.
