Are you ready to get unstuck? I offer compassionate, non-judgmental counselling that supports you as you heal into your most authentic self. I focus on the whole person; considering all aspects of clients' lives (physical, emotional, psychological, social, and spiritual). Rather than focusing solely on specific symptoms or diagnoses, I work with you to examine the effects of all of these factors on your mental health and well-being, and to create a plan for forward motion. I offer virtual therapy so that you can attend from your preferred location, whether that’s the comfort of home, a walk in the park, or over your lunch break.

Areas of expertise: posttraumatic growth, women & gender-diverse clients, gender & sexuality (LGBTQ+ affirming), communication & relationship skills, life transitions, post-IPV/DV support, parent support, chronic illness (patient/caregiver), & relational trauma. I have lived experience in many of these areas, which supports my compassion-focused practice.

I love to see clients recognize their ability to rewrite painful emotional blueprints and emerge from difficult experiences grounded in their strength. Together, we'll collaborate to identify and navigate obstacles within a safe emotional space that supports healing and growth.
