Together, we aim to co-create new understandings that feel authentic and empowering. By gradually delving into your past experiences, internal narratives, and unconscious patterns, we create space for new stories to emerge, stories that can restore creativity, agency, and a deeper connection to yourself.
While studying clinical psychology abroad, I found myself drawn more to patients’ stories than to their symptoms. I was eager to understand the function those symptoms served in their lives and to explore the defences and strategies they developed to make the world feel safer.
