Beyond my credentials, I've learned keenly from each of my clients over the years, and my practice is informed by rich life experience. I work collaboratively, guiding you in revealing underlying causes and patterns that may be posing challenges in your life, in identifying and clarifying your own goals, and supporting you in carrying out strategies best suited for you to reach them. Each counselling need is unique. Always listening and with empathy, I can challenge you without threatening, and meet you where you're really at - which may not necessarily be where you assume you are.
I have a number of specialties, including: Men's Issues, Depression, Anxiety, Anger, Self Esteem, Anxiety, Trauma, Parenting, Blended Family Issues, and Co-Therapy for couples and families. I've been practicing since 1997, and am a current member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario.
