It seems that everyday life is getting more and more difficult and we feel our coping systems are being overwhelmed. I am a military veteran and I worked 30 plus year in technology and telecom. I have been a first responder and worked with police victim services. I also have years of experience working with individuals and families facing challenges with neurodivergence.
