I am a trauma-informed therapist and work with numerous challenges including anxiety disorders, PTSD, ADHD, chronic pain & illness, Autism Spectrum Disorder and other neurodivergent concerns. As a Queer man, I have a passion for working with 2slbgtqia+ identifying individuals who may confront a myriad of barriers in accessing Queer affirming care
I have a focus on Somatic Experiencing and mindfulness-based psychotherapy. Through these practices you will learn tools to re-wire your nervous system and create new, healthier patterns that help you to live a rich and meaningful life. I am also a certified Heartmath biofeedback practitioner and incorporate these tools in my practice.
I am here to provide you with a safe space where you can let your guard down and work on your problems. Under my care your emotional pain, your anxieties, your anger and frustration will be met with reassurance, compassion and understanding. In this caring environment, the return of hope is possible and curiosity about what is ahead is born.
