I believe in a holistic treatment approach: emotional, cognitive, physical & spiritual. I offer art and talk therapy in office, online, and via telephone, to people of all ages, struggling with emotional difficulties, life challenges, and mental health concerns.
I am both a Registered Clinical Counsellor & a Registered Social Worker with over 22 years of experience working with children, adults, couples, and families.
