Blooming Minds Mental Health is here to help children, teens and transitional aged youth (18-25) along their journey towards mental health stability through video counselling, in-home, or in-office sessions. Blooming Minds believes in using evidence based clinical interventions to help people build their capacity to reach more balanced ways of thinking, feeling and behaving. The primary focus is to help people with mental health issues regain their confidence in their ability to cope with their emotions and to lead more positive and fulfilling lives.
Blooming Minds is unique in that it offers Intensive and Non-Intensive treatment for Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) by using the gold standard of treatment for OCD. In addition to OCD treatment, psychotherapy is also provided for other mental health issues such as body focused repetitive behaviours, anxiety, depression, self-harm, grief & more.
