Are you struggling or feeling overwhelmed with stress in your life and don’t know how to change it? Do you feel isolated or alone or just not like yourself? As moms, we’ve been there: Struggling to conceive, loss, unrecognized postpartum anxiety, the desire to do everything “right”, the constant worry about your baby and whether or not what he/she is doing is “normal”, whether or not how you’re feeling is “normal”, how on earth you'll ever get through these years. We are reproductive, perinatal, and maternal mental health specialists, and have received certification from Postpartum Support International in Perinatal Mental Health.
We are here to listen with compassion and without judgment, and will help you gain insight, achieve growth and experience happiness. Our goal is for you to feel supported and heard and we are deeply committed to helping you to develop the tools you need to feel better. As a reproductive & perinatal specialist, I also offer clinical supervision to therapists
Making appointments can be the first barrier to finding support. We offer daytime, evening, and weekend appointments to help connect when is most convenient for you. All appointments are virtual, and attending to your pregnancy or parenting needs is encouraged! Little ones are always welcome. We see clients anywhere in Canada: www.bloompsychotherapy.ca

Groups
Postpartum Mom Support Group

Come and build your (virtual) community and join a group for moms (with babies up to 12 months old), where you can discuss the challenges, joys and concerns of motherhood in a safe and supportive environment. We cover the many questions and concerns that new moms often have including going through the emotional ups and downs, your adjustment to parenthood as an individual and a couple, managing overwhelm, self-care, and more. You will be invited to share and connect, and to understand yourself and grow through connecting with others’ experiences. Fees are covered by extended health plans that include social work services.
