Bloom Child & Family Therapy supports children and their families using creative approaches and evidenced-based practices. At Bloom we strive to provide accessible, quality mental health care for children, adolescents and their families. Bloom therapists are ultra-creative! Play, expressive arts and animal-assisted therapies allow Bloom to make their services accessible to all children and their families. Whether you are coming for family therapy or your child is attending therapy, we believe that family and/or primary caregivers are key to children’s healing and growing. We are looking to build strong and healthy families.
Our evidence-based treatments are tailored to meet the needs of children, teens and families and include CBPT, EMDR, play therapy, expressive arts therapies (music, art, dance/movement, writing), animal-assisted therapy, sport social work, narrative therapy, attachment-based family therapies among others. Parenting and infant attachment is also available.

Parenting Youth with ADHD
Online parent group meeting on Mondays for 4 weeks starting in September 2022 (Dates to be determined). For parents of children 8+ years old living with ADHD. Group led by a Registered Social Worker and Registered Psychotherapist who specialize in ADHD and neurodiversity.

Parenting Through Attachment
The group is for parents who have children ages 0-6 years old and want to foster attachment and connection with their child(ren). The group meets weekly for 2 hours in person on Monday mornings.
