I understand the challenges and vulnerabilities that come with navigating a new, complex system to find supports - especially during some of the most stressful and difficult times of your life. My goal is to ease that difficulty by creating a safe, warm, and comfortable space to help with your recovery, healing, and growth from life's difficulties. Currently, I'm the proud owner of Beacon Of Light Counselling, but over the last two decades, I've worked assisting individuals facing a range of challenges, including: trauma, substance use and addictions, clinical mental health, suicide and self harm, and men's health
My therapeutic approach tends to be authentic, compassionate, and grounded, as I integrate various modalities into my practice, allowing for a flexible approach to tailor treatments for your specific needs.
