Hi! My name is Blair. Our lived experiences shape who we are and how we perceive the world. These experiences also uniquely influence what gives our lives meaning and purpose. I believe that you are the expert on your life and that therapy can help to give you the tools necessary to explore and connect with your authentic self, even when things get hard. I am passionate and honoured to work within the communities that I am a part of. My identity as transgender, bisexual, and as an athlete has led me to specialize in navigating Gender Identity, Sexuality, Relationship Dynamics, and Sports/Performance issues.
I am a person-centered therapist who works primarily from Existentialist, Narrative, LGBTQ+ Affirming, ACT, and Feminist lenses. Therapy with me is shaped around your unique needs and focuses in on what meaning, purpose, and authenticity mean to you. It also provides coping tools used to confront difficult feelings when they arise as opposed to avoid them.
