Sometimes we feel sadness and worry that we cannot seem to shake. At these times, we feel hopeless and helpless and believe that we have nowhere and no one to turn to. I am committed to reducing the suffering and distress associated with psychological trauma, anxiety disorders, depression, grief and loss, adjustment difficulties, and self-esteem issues.
As a Registered Psychotherapist, I have successfully helped people discover happiness and live a more meaningful life. I utilize a client-centered integrative approach incorporating Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy Interpersonal Psychotherapy and mindfulness-based approaches.
