I am a holistic healer with the focus on inner child healing. Your core childhood wound keeps you separated from life. The frozen child within you influences your decisions and relationships until he or she finds a true comfort by reuniting with you within your heart. Many of your life challenges such as addiction, anxiety and aggressive behaviour stem from the wounded child. I offer a holistic approach to healing the inner child by intuitively guiding you to the certain ages when trauma happened. Then we will work on clearing the trauma from your body, energy field and tapping into forgiveness to resolve the cords of attachment.

I hold a Master's Degree in Social Work from Dalhousie University and a Bachelor of Social Work Degree from the University of Victoria. I am registered with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers. I have over seven years experience providing support to individuals, couples, and families through challenging times. I have experienced a number of challenging situations and events in my own life that have helped to shape me into an empathic and caring professional. I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). For 24 years, I have worked as an Intensive Marriage and Couples Therapist with my husband David Rubinstein, MA, RP. I now also maintain a busy Individual counselling practice for women, blending my experience as a Couple Therapist with Energy Psychology protocols. I work with women of all ages to enhance self-esteem, create secure relationships, and cope with traumatic loss.
