Hey there, how are you? If you find it challenging to answer that question, that’s okay. Life is complicated! There are so many ups and downs. It can be hard keeping it all together. Balancing your emotional wellbeing with your mental, spiritual, and physical takes a lot of effort. I get that, and I am passionate about helping you navigate your journey, rediscover yourself, and see new possibilities for your life.
I have worked with multicultural individuals addressing grief, anxiety, depression, and interpersonal issues. My approach is guided by mindfulness, African Indigeneity, person centred and anti-oppression practices. Overall I seek to be relational. We can only be successful in working on you if our relationship is founded on trust and authenticity.
I provide a non-judgmental environment. There is no filter. This is a safe space to have REAL conversations about what is bothering you. Let’s connect so we can explore all the ways you can move forward in your healing journey.
