Many of my clients are men with personal and relational challenges, such as sexual addiction, infidelity, compulsive pornography use and intimacy challenges. Depression, addiction and anxiety are often linked with relationship difficulties. Working with you to measure your psychological health, we then find solutions by integrating your psycho-education with your strengths to find a positive way forward. I look forward to helping you reclaim your life from the damage of compulsive sexual behaviours. Online and in-person sessions available.

While helping men recover from problematic sexuality and intimacy challenges, I also help couples rebuild their marriage. Partners are often traumatized and wounded by a broken relationship and they require special care for a healthy recovery of themselves and or the relationship. Counselling or group therapy can be done person or online. Let's get started!

Compulsive sexual behaviours or excessive use of pornography can be very damaging. Taking our assessments can measure the presence and power of a sexual addiction in your life, then we can tear down the unwanted and rebuild a stronger life through our recovery programs, couples therapy, counselling and group therapy.
