I have a master degree in Clinical Psychology, and I am Registered Psychotherapist with College of Registered Psychotherapist of Ontario (CRPO), I have a strong proficiency in therapeutic applications with 8+ year’s breadth of experience & aptitude in a wide range of clinical tasks including assessment, Interventions, counseling and behavior modification.
I use an integrative and holistic approach that blends elements from different approaches and tailor treatment according to each client's needs, With a particular focus on evidence-based approaches, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused -Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Cognitive Processing Therapy.
