My goal is to create a space where we can explore patterns and areas that you feel stuck, and find empowering strategies and new ways of thinking that help you unwind from the painful narratives that you once held close. I approach therapy from an Attachment and Polyvagal lens, with emphasis on the importance of the therapeutic relationship and authenticity.
There is both profound peace and power in being seen and heard - authentically. Finding peace in therapy will look different for everyone. It may look like the ability to make space for emotions non-judgmentally or giving yourself permission to be gentle with yourself. When we learn how to hold our emotions, our emotions let go of their hold on us.
