Life’s challenges can sometimes leave us feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from ourselves and others. If you’ve experienced trauma—whether recent or from earlier in life—you may notice patterns of anxiety, distressing memories, or difficulty feeling safe in your relationships. Healing is possible, and you don’t have to navigate it alone. Sessions will be collaborative and tailored to your needs. We may focus on strengthening coping strategies, exploring the impact of past experiences, and using EMDR to reduce distress connected to difficult memories.

I specialize in supporting individuals who have experienced trauma, loss, and other life disruptions. I offer Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, a research-supported approach that helps the brain reprocess painful experiences so they no longer feel as overwhelming.

Trauma therapy is a compassionate, non-judgemental space where your healing journey is purposely designed to support you in making sense of what you've been through—at your own pace, and with care. Whether your trauma stems from a single event or a series of painful experiences over time, you don’t have to face it alone.
