My trauma-informed approach integrates principles from several theories to help clients process, heal and grow toward their full potential. I often utilize mindfulness and body-oriented strategies to facilitate a mind-body reconnection necessary to reclaim power over oneself and cultivate safety and tolerance for processing trauma and difficult emotions.
It is through healthy relationships with ourselves and others that we heal our wounds and transform our scars into resources of knowledge, empowerment and strength.
