About
I believe a small change in just one person doesn’t only change them, it can change relationships, family, community and future generations. Together we will determine goals, as well as identifying what achieving these goals might look like. I will strive to meet your treatment needs in the most effective and efficient way possible. My first priority when introduced to a potential new client or family is to get to know you, and to discuss your hopes in terms of working with me.
I have studied, researched, taught and therapeutically applied psychology for over 20 years in both Canada and the UK. I welcome children, adolescents, adults and families to my practice in Uxbridge, Ontario. That’s why this is Your Psychology Centre, where we focus on you.
Together, we’ll look at where, how or why difficulties may have started, so that we can work to break the cycle that makes those difficulties stick around. Understanding you and your goals will help us choose the most appropriate evidence-based client-centred treatment.
