People are complex and various and as a counselor I want to help my clients meet their potential as humans. I am very interested in clients who are struggling with sexual issues, depression, anxiety, and pain managment. I can help couples work on improving intimacy and/or enhancing their sex life. I also can help individuals who are struggling with sexual dysfunction or addiction and work with individuals who may be struggling with sexual identity issues or dealing with family and societal stigma. I can help clients with pain to manage their pain and help clients who are struggling with anxiety and depression. I use relaxation, hypnotherapy and self-hypnosis to assist clients in managing mood and pain. My fitness and lifestyle training is helpful for weight lose, improve body image and fitness levels.
I have had enough life experience and education that I connect with clients on a lot of issues. I understand it because I have experienced it. This combined with my training in counseling techniques facilitates an excellent working relationship resulting in clients reaching goals and developing good coping skills.
