I am a counsellor of 25 years, with a diverse background in anger management, addictions, domestic violence, emotional trauma, anxiety, and depression. I am passionate about helping individuals process their anger and emotions without the emotional outbursts and rage that can be detrimental to their relationships. Over the years I have helped men and women get to the root of their anger and develop the communication skills to help them express their feelings verbally in a respectful way rather than explosively. I also help individuals find purpose.
Finding purpose is a big part of counselling. Once a person has walked through the trauma they begin to find renewed passion and motivation to move forward in their life.
