Our 8-week program is designed to help women heal from betrayal trauma, particularly those affected by infidelity or broken trust in intimate relationships. Using the Facing Heartbreak workbook, you'll explore the emotional impact of betrayal, develop coping strategies, and rebuild your sense of self-worth in a supportive, therapeutic environment. This group offers a safe space to share your experiences, regain your power, and move forward with confidence. We also offer one-on-one sessions for those seeking individual support tailored to their un.
My area of focus is trauma, specifically, the trauma that underlies sexual addiction, and the betrayal trauma caused by a partner’s compulsive sexual behaviour. I have training as a (CSAT) Certified Sex Addiction Therapist - Candidate and have completed a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist Intensive to help me better work with clients in these areas.
Our specialities include: sexual addiction, porn addiction, trauma and PTSD, addiction, couples counselling, men's issues, grief, anxiety, anger management, stress, ADHD, relationship issues, and alcohol abuse.
