Bethany graduated from the University of New Brunswick with her Masters in Counselling Psychology in fall of 2022. With a passion for people and a genuine curiosity, Bethany integrates a variety of approaches in her counselling, including person centred, cognitive behaviour therapy, and approaches that tap into people’s creativity. Bethany feels strongly that every client is unique, and strives to build strong rapport that encourages change.
