The founder and owner of Wayfinder Counselling, I am a Registered Psychotherapist with over ten years of experience in the mental health field. I am a member in good standing with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association and a licensed clinician through the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. Wayfinder Counselling is made up of myself, another clinician and a practicum student.
I practice from a trauma-informed, holistic (mind, body, spirit) approach. I am trained in Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Integrated Somatic Trauma Therapy and Internal Family Systems (IFS), along with other traditional evidenced-based therapies such as Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
