At Best Kind Counselling, we offer individual, couple, and family counselling for children & adults (5 years and up) and families in Saint John and the surrounding area. Our approach is safe, respectful, empathetic, and collaborative, ensuring that each client feels supported and heard. As a team, we bring a broad range of experience from fields including child welfare, child and youth services, education, addictions and mental health, crisis intervention, and community outreach. This diverse background allows us to meet clients where they are and tailor support to their unique needs.
We support those facing a wide range of challenges, including addiction and recovery, relationship and family struggles, trauma, anxiety, depression, domestic violence, and the impacts of sexual abuse. Also, helping individuals navigating ADHD or ASD, grief and loss, self-esteem, stress, burnout, communication and boundaries. We provide Play Therapy as well
