Counselling & Clinical Supervision: I work with individuals and families who feel stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or challenged by anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship concerns, identity questions, burnout, or major life transitions. Clients are often seeking greater clarity, healthier relationships, and a stronger sense of purpose and well-being. My approach is authentic, culturally responsive, and collaborative. Together, we explore patterns, build insight, and develop practical strategies for meaningful change. As an Clinical Supervisor Candidate , I also provide clinical supervision to counsellors seeking clinical growth.

I have provided counselling, supervision and case management for the past 13 years to individuals and families coping with a wide range of circumstances. My experience includes working in school districts, corrections, non profit organizations and outpatient mental health treatment programs.

Additionally I use brainspotting to help clients access and process deep-seated emotional traumas by guiding them to focus on specific eye positions that correlate with their distressing experiences.
