Smart, thoughtful, and maybe even a little intense. On a good day, your brain is a race car. On a bad day? It’s like you’re driving on ice. Whether it’s ADHD, burnout, emotional overload, or just feeling stuck, you’re here because you want clarity, momentum, and a way forward that actually fits how your mind works.
You need a therapist who gets it—a collaborator to help you decode your patterns and build tools that work with your brain, not against it. Together, we’ll explore how you function best, and start writing the documentation for your mind.
My job isn’t to slow you down—it’s to make you a better driver.
I use AI tools and assessments to summarize and provide feedback, but the intervention and assessesment comes from me. You get more tools, and our conversation stays human.
Then between sessions, you get summaries of key points, tailored readings, and exercises to practice.
Please reach out for a free 15m consult (phone or zoom). I'll take you through the whole process and answer any questions you might have about me, the work, or anything you want to talk about.
Let's find out together just how much more is possible for you!

The Basics of Mental Posture (sliding scale)
This psychoeducation group program covers Dr. Armstrong's "Mental Posture". Just as physical posture is the way you carry your body in the world, mental posture is the way you carry yourself mentally. It's a combination of mindful attention, warm self-compassion and self-care and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. With these three components, you will have the foundation to start building a life of meaning and value. This group is intended to run monthly. Contact us for the next start date!
