If you’re smart, self-aware, and still stuck — you’re not alone. I work best with thoughtful, capable people who feel like they “should” be doing fine… but aren’t. Whether it’s anxiety, burnout, or just feeling off-track, therapy with me blends deep insight with practical action. This is a space where we’ll understand what’s going on and build the tools to shift it — both in session and out in the world.
I help people reconnect with themselves using mindfulness to build awareness, self-compassion to soften the inner critic, and cognitive-behavioral tools to shift thought, feeling, and behavior. AI and progress tracking run quietly in the background, so we’re free to focus deeply in session.
We start with a quick call to see if we’re a good fit. If so, the first two sessions pack a punch: a 90-minute assessment, a custom report, and a follow-up where we map out a clear plan. That way, you get meaningful value early on — and we both know where we’re headed before therapy begins in earnest.

The Basics of Mental Posture

This psychoeducation group program covers Dr. Armstrong's "Mental Posture". Just as physical posture is the way you carry your body in the world, mental posture is the way you carry yourself mentally. It's a combination of mindful attention, warm self-compassion and self-care and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. With these three components, you will have the foundation to start building a life of meaning and value. This group is intended to run monthly. Contact us for the next start date!
